그들은 어디에 있는가?

-4명의 기독교 지도자 납치 실종 1년, 불안 공포감이 깊어지고 확산-

무슬림들을 개종시키려 했다고 협의 받던 기독교 사역자(목사)들이 공로상에서 납치 실종 된지 2018년 2월 13일로 1주년을 맞는다.

새 정부들어선 7월이 되어서도 행방은 여전히 감감해 시민사회는 불안 속에 기도만 깊어지고 있다.
 
카톡릭도 포함 된 "말레이시아 기독교 총연맹"(Christian Federation of Malaysia. CFM-NCC, NECF, CCM.)은 전 교회에 특별 긴급 기도요청 "성명서", CFM URGES CONTINUED PRAYER FOR PASTOR RAYMOND KOHAND OTHER MISSING PERSONS
를 선포했다.(2018.2.2.)
 
납치실종 된 4명은, Raymond Koh목사, Joshua Hilmy목사 부부와 Armi Che Mat원장을 기억하고 조속한 귀환을 위해 간구할 것을 간청했다.
 
CFM은 성명서에서, "그 가족들의 고통과 인내 속에 하나님의 사랑과 평화로 채워지고, 우리들의 주님께 울부짖는 기도가 기쁨으로 찾고 채워지도록 기도할 것"을 전 교회와 크리스챤에게 요청하였다. 또한 정부 당국에 대해서는 모든 긴박성과 부지런함, 치밀함으로 속히 찾을 것을 촉구했다.
 
조수아 힐미 목사(Joshua Hilmy)와 아내 루스 시떼푸(Ruth Sitepu)는 이슬람에서 기독교로 개종하였고, 무슬림들을 개종토록 활동하다 국가안전부 ISA에 체포 구금된바 있으며, 계속 조사 관찰 받던 중 부부가 납치 실종되어(2016.11.30.) 오늘까지 생사를 모르고 있다.
 
암리 체 맛(Armi Che Mat,44)은 "Perlis Hope"에 빈민구호 자선단체의 공동창설자로 납치 실종(2016.11.24.) 된 분이다.

레이몬 코 목사(Raymond Koh,63)는 공로상에서 납치되는 장면이 CCTV로 공개 되어 시민들에게 충격을 주었다.(2017.2.13.) 무슬림들을 기독교로 개종시키는 활동한다고 긴급수색 받기도 하였는데, 납치 실종 된지 1주년이 되도록 생사 아무런 소식도 없고, 시민들은 당국에 대해 의심을 갖고 있다. 레이몬 코 목사는 2004년 쓰나미 구호에 앞장서서 참여하다가, 교회목회를 내려놓고 구호사역자로 헌신한 분으로, 그의 구호기관은 “Harapan Komuniti"(희망 공동체)이다.
 
이러한 종교신앙 문제로 납치실종 되는 사건은 이슬람 외 소수종교인들과 시민에게 불안을 주고 깊어지고 확산 되고 있다.
 
시민사회 인권운동 회장 암비가(Ambiga)는 “그들이 무장한 테러리스트인가? 아니요. 그들이 가난한 사람과 가난한 사람들을 돕고 돕는 평범한 사람들이다”고 강조하였다.
 
납치 실종 된 4명은 모두 흔적도 없이 실종되었다. 당국에서는 누가 그들을 납치 했는지 단서도 없고, 그들이 어디에 있는지, 생존 여부가 어떤지 밝히지 못하고 있다.
 
레이몬 코 목사의 부인 수산나 류(Susanna Liew)는 ‘당국은 납치범을 찾는 대신 시민들이 남편을 조사 중이라고 면서 슬프고 실망스럽다“고 하며, ”이들 4명이 무엇을 하던지, 그들은 대낮에 납치 될 수는 없다“고 강조하며, 기도해 줄 것을 부탁하고 있다.
 
"Di Mana Mereka?, 그들은 어디에 있는가?", “누가 그들을 납치 하였는가?, Who Abducted Them?" 시민사회 행동운동이 일고 있고, 불안과 공포, 종교의 자유 의구심만이 깊어지고 확산 되고 있다. 말레이시아 기독교는 전 교회와 크리스챤들이 중보기도로 울부짖고 있으며, 기도 모임과 연합집회로 단합하여 기도하고 있다.
 
한국기독교와 크리스챤들은 자신들만 바라보고 지적하지 말고, 역사를 섭리 주관 하시는 하나님을 바라보고 아픔의 가슴을 품고 섬김으로 헌신하며, 눈을 들어 기도의 문을 넓혀 국제사회 일원으로써 관심을 가지고 참여하여 마지막시대의 사명을 감당해 나가야할 것이다.(rch)

CFM URGES CONTINUED PRAYER FOR PASTOR RAYMOND KOH
AND OTHER MISSING PERSONS
 
As we approach the first anniversary of the violent abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh from the streets of Petaling Jaya on 13 February 2017, the Christian Federation of Malaysia urges churches and Christians to continue to look to God in prayer and to seek a closure to this dastardly act on a servant of God.
 
Let us in the coming days go before Almighty God to make intercession before Him that Pastor Raymond Koh may be found and be reunited with his family. Let us remember his beloved wife Susanna and his dear children Jonathan, Esther and Elizabeth in our prayers. That they be given great endurance and patience, be filled with the love of God and the peace which transcends all human understanding and find strength in their joy in the Lord is our fervent cry.
 
We call on the authorities to complete with all urgency and diligence, all investigations into finding Pastor Raymond Koh and also Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy and his wife Ruth Sitepu.
 
Hopes that investigations by the authorities could be assisted by facts
established by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia(Suhakam) upon the conclusion of their inquiry into the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh were dashed when the inquiry into his disappearance was brought to an abrupt halt once Suhakam was
informed that a person had been charged for criminal kidnapping and abduction. Not being accompanied by any information as to the whereabouts of Pastor Raymond Koh, the arrest did not however alleviate the anxieties of many with regard to his well-being.
 
We remain nonetheless hopeful that as it continues to probe the disappearances of Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy and his wife Ruth, Suhakam will be able to elicit facts to assuage the fears and concerns of many Malaysians struggling to understand how and why fellow Malaysians can suddenly disappear and not be found for such
extended periods of time.
